SUMMER ADULT CLASS "RESURRECTION OF THE BODY & FUNERAL PLANNING" On Sunday, July 20, immediately after the Sunday Service we will have an adult class in the church. Pastor Ken will speak about the "resurrection of the body" as stated in our ecumenical creeds: The Apostles, the Nicene and the Athanasian Creeds. This is a perfect time to clarify what the church has taught through the ages.

At the end of class Pastor will walk through the process of pre-planning your funeral arrangements with regard to the church service. You will be given a list of appropriate scripture lessons and hymns to help you in your planning.
​
It is very helpful to your family when we have these pre-arrangements on file at the church. It has happened more than once when what the living thinks the deceased might want is totally different from what they actually planned.
​

CHRISTMAS IN JULY! We Care is once again sponsoring "Christmas in July" the last two weekends in July. This year's event is to benefit our church's coat drive. We were fortunate to buy several new coats, hats and gloves this year at the end of season at great discount prices to add to this year's coat drive. We are seeking cash donations to help cover those costs OR donations of adult size socks for men & women to be distributed during the coat drive. (Every child receives socks through the Angel Tree). Thank you in advance for your generosity!
